- ZERO-The End of Prostate Cancer, a nonprofit, is the primary recipient of the proceeds where 98 cents on every dollar collected benefits research, screening, awareness and advocacy activities.
- A large portion of the funds also stay directly in Baltimore to help educate men about this deadly disease and to provide free screenings to catch this cancer at an early stage, especially among African-American men, who have a 60 percent greater risk.
- Your donations also provide funding for a research scholar through the American Urological Association.
Thank you for making our 2014 fundraising events a great success. Whether you attended the ZERO Prostate Cancer Challenge race, bull roast, one of our many other events, or gave a donation to help our cause; we say thank you for your support. With your help and passion, we collected $430,000 to help fight this deadly disease. To date, we have raised over $2 million in Baltimore alone.
